1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Term	Meaning
"Platform"	The sdtoto website accessible at https://sdtoto.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services operated by sdtoto.
"User" / "You"	Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the sdtoto platform for any purpose, including browsing, account registration, depositing funds, placing bets, or withdrawing winnings.
"Account"	A registered user account created on the sdtoto platform, associated with a unique username, password, and verified personal identity.
"Balance"	The total real-money funds held in a User's account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
"Bonus Funds"	Promotional credits awarded to a User's account under sdtoto's bonus programs, subject to separate wagering requirements and bonus terms.
"Services"	All online betting, live casino, slot gaming, togel, and other wagering products and features made available through the Platform.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by sdtoto before a User may withdraw funds from their account.
"WIB"	Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all platform operations, draw schedules, and customer support hours.

2 Eligibility

Use of the sdtoto platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, and you must satisfy yourself as to the legality of your participation before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of sdtoto or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studios.
• You must not have been previously banned or excluded from the sdtoto platform or any platform operated by sdtoto's affiliated entities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of sdtoto's Services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

1. Single Account Policy: Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on the sdtoto platform at any time. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. sdtoto will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify sdtoto immediately via the support channels detailed in Section 13.
4. Identity Verification (KYC): sdtoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.
5. Account Ownership: Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise convey your account or any associated balance to any third party.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sdtoto platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made using the supported local payment methods, which include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Supported methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed at the deposit page within your account.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. No maximum deposit limit applies unless separately specified on promotional pages.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within five (5) minutes of confirmed receipt by sdtoto. During peak hours or during Indonesian public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Nyepi, Christmas, etc.), processing times may extend to thirty (30) minutes.
• sdtoto does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits originating from accounts held in a different name may be returned and may trigger a security review.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as your verified sdtoto account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or e-wallets registered under a different name will not be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply and will be displayed within your account withdrawal page.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB on a working day are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) banking hours. Requests submitted after 22:00 WIB or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved. Incomplete verification will place your withdrawal request in a pending state until all required documents are submitted and approved.
• sdtoto reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

sdtoto offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on individual promotion pages:

• Bonus offers are available to registered, verified users only, unless the promotion page explicitly states that the offer is available to unregistered visitors (e.g., a welcome bonus claim on first registration).
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonus funds that have not been fully wagered within this window will expire and be automatically removed from your balance without notice.
• sdtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the relevant promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• sdtoto reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds, associated winnings, or free spin proceeds from a user's account if it is determined that the bonus was claimed or used in violation of these Terms or the specific bonus terms.

6 Betting & Game Rules

All betting activity on the sdtoto platform is governed by the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules published within the relevant sections of the platform:

• All bets are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or withdrawn once the bet has been confirmed and placed. The bet confirmation screen displayed after placement constitutes binding acceptance of the wager by both parties.
• sdtoto reserves the right to void or refuse any bet if an obvious error (such as a mistaken odds display, palpable pricing error, or technical malfunction) has occurred. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the user's balance.
• For sportsbook markets, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (FIFA, EPL, La Liga, BRI Liga 1, etc.) will be used to settle bets. In the event of a dispute, sdtoto's decision is final and binding.
• For togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) draws, results will be determined by the official draw as published by the licensed operator. sdtoto does not control or influence draw outcomes.
• For live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, etc.), the dealer's decision and the recorded video stream constitute the official result. Technical disconnections on the user's side do not invalidate the game result.
• For slots and RNG-based games, all outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). sdtoto does not control, predict, or influence game outcomes in any way.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to certain markets and games and are displayed on the relevant bet slip or game information page. sdtoto reserves the right to reduce these limits for individual users at its sole discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the sdtoto platform:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing any other person to access your account.
• Engaging in collusion, coordinated betting, syndicate play, or any other form of betting pattern designed to exploit promotional offers or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, scrapers, or other software to place bets, harvest data, or interact with the platform without express written permission from sdtoto.
• Depositing funds that you know or suspect to be derived from illegal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit source.
• Abusing technical errors, software bugs, or platform malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and may result in account termination.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes without legitimate cause. Accounts found to have initiated fraudulent disputes will be permanently banned.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymization services to mask your location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions or creating duplicate accounts.
• Posting, transmitting, or disseminating any defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, or unlawful content through sdtoto's platform or customer support channels.

Any user found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or terminated, and any outstanding balance (including deposits, winnings, and bonuses) may be forfeited at sdtoto's sole discretion.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, game titles, interface designs, and other intellectual property available on the sdtoto platform ("Platform Content") are owned by or licensed to sdtoto and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform Content without prior written consent from sdtoto.
• Use any Platform Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any competing or related service.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary legends appearing on the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software or games provided through the Platform.

Unauthorized use of Platform Content may result in legal action and will constitute grounds for immediate termination of your account.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sdtoto and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers (collectively, the "sdtoto Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Interruption of service, loss of data, or technical malfunctions.
• Errors or omissions in Platform Content, game results, or odds displays.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or personal information.
• Actions or statements of third-party service providers, payment processors, or other users.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of the sdtoto Parties to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. sdtoto does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

sdtoto is committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. All personal information collected, stored, and processed by sdtoto is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an account and using the platform, you expressly consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

sdtoto employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and sdtoto cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

sdtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach or are suspected of breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You engage in or are suspected of engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required time frame.
• sdtoto is required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or request from a competent authority.
• sdtoto determines, in its sole discretion, that continued provision of services to you would expose sdtoto to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the platform. Any outstanding account balance (excluding forfeited funds as determined under these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after deduction of any applicable fees, pending debts, or withheld amounts.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting sdtoto customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) working days of receipt. All pending bets must be settled and all bonus wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before closure can be finalized.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sdtoto is licensed and regulated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the sdtoto platform shall be resolved through the following escalation process:

1. Informal Resolution: You agree to first contact sdtoto customer support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support team.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] detailing the nature of the dispute and any supporting evidence. sdtoto will review and respond to formal complaints within fifteen (15) working days.
3. Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above steps, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against sdtoto.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and close your account.
